We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Sales Officer to join Panchakanya Bathware Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will take initiative, demonstrate leadership, and play a key role in building and expanding our dealer network, driving sales growth, and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to establish and expand the bathware market presence
Identify, onboard, and grow dealer/distributor networks across assigned territories
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and key stakeholders
Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth
Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and explore new business opportunities
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Lead by example and foster team collaboration to achieve overall business goals

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field. Master’s preferred.
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience (experience in bathware industry will be a distinct advantage)
Proven ability to develop dealer networks and expand market reach
Proactive mindset with strong initiative-taking ability
Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
