Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our medical products and equipment within assigned territories, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for medical products and equipment.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts within assigned territories, including hospitals, clinics, and medical centers.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, surgeons, nurses, and administrators.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and integrity.
  • Travel within assigned territories to meet with customers, attend conferences, and participate in industry events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales having Surgical and Pharmaceutical knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of medical products, equipment, and healthcare industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal and other Provinces of the country.
