Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our ISP Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationship and achieving sales targets.

Report to: CEO

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
Collaborate with sales and technical team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics and sales activities.
Stay updated on the company's broadband products and services as well as industry trends.
