Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for person from sales/marketing background for salons/pharmacies and general stores.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits
Identify and target new customer segments
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams
Prepare and present sales reports

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Knowledge of Beauty, Wellness, and Grooming products
Good understanding of customer and market dynamics
Ability to think strategically and to lead

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Relevant degree in sales, marketing, or related field
Experience in customer relationship management
Proficient in MS Office
