Job Description

  • Participate in marketing research, understand the marketing strategies of the company, take initiative to introduce new marketing ideas.
  • Take initiative to identify business prospects, obtain marketplace information, ensure brand identity, make recommendations based on findings.
  • Understand complexities of the service and gather all technical knowledge necessary for effective presentation and service delivery to clients
  • Contact potential clients & promote company’s services. Analyze clients’ needs, design a customized solutions to meet their requirement.
  • Develop time plans, courses of action, execute and monitor necessary process for service delivery.
  • Assume responsibility for coordinating with other departments for managing the logistics, completing documentation, and close the deals effectively
  • Conduct after sales follow up, obtain customer’s feedback and maintain good relationship
  • Supervise a team of subordinates. Provide training and guidance on effective sales performance.
  • Prepare and submit necessary sales and progress report to the supervisor.
