Job Description

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans within the record-keeping sector for banks, insurance companies, business organizations and government offices. This role demands a thorough understanding of the record-keeping industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive & guide the team for sales of the business/service.  
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their record-keeping requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the banking, insurance, business organization, I/NGOS, CBOs, School/Colleges and government sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from offer of services to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Work closely with the operation and technical team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Understand the system and economics of the business to equip the self and the team for sales pitch.
  • Devising sales strategy for each existing and potential customer to best suit to both the parties. 
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements related to record-keeping.
  • Ensure all sales agreements are aligned with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the record-keeping or related industries or preferably in financial sectors. 
  • Strong understanding of record-keeping processes and solutions for banks, insurance companies, business organizations, social organizations and government offices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulations/laws regarding record and document management under different businesses.
  • Number crunching ability and devising sales strategy.
  • Quick learner including fast number processing ability to see economics of the business.
