Job Description

Due to our rapid growth and the surge in inquiries, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Sales/Business Development Executive experienced in selling technology or other services via phone, email, and web-based presentations.

Excellent business-level communication skills in English, Nepali, (and possibly Hindi) required.  We prefer somebody who has a MBA and has a broader understanding of management and marketing.

This role primarily focuses on showcasing the unparalleled value of our innovative software products to potential new clients in our target markets, ensuring we consistently meet our growth objectives. Your responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, proactively ensuring their satisfaction and retention, and continuously pursuing and securing new business opportunities. The perfect fit for this role will have a proven track record of acquiring new business, meeting sales targets, and relishing the challenges of outbound prospecting in a fiercely competitive landscape.

Joining our team means being a part of a dynamic group, including developers, support analysts, account managers, product owners, and marketers. Hence, being a proactive team member who champions a cooperative approach is essential. Given that this role requires engaging with global prospects, a willingness to work during evenings or weekends to align with their time zones is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass personal revenue and profit targets.
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
  • Help compile sales reports for the leadership team.
  • Identify and leverage growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects, guiding them from initiation to transaction.
  • Undertake market research to pinpoint selling prospects and assess customer requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department on exploring new growth sectors and campaigns.
  • Assist in creating responses to tender requests.
  • Represent our company at industry trade shows and conferences.
