We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Revenue Manager (Accounts Receivable Manager) to lead and oversee the organization’s revenue operations, billing processes, collections, and accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in revenue management, debt recovery, client account handling, and financial reporting, along with the ability to lead teams and ensure efficient revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full revenue department including billing, collections, receivables monitoring, and arrears resolution.
Oversee accounts receivable operations to ensure timely invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
Draft, review, and manage client contracts and RITAs while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Conduct due diligence and financial assessments for new tenancies and client accounts.
Collect, review, and analyse timesheets and ensure accurate RITA billing setup and processing.
Identify, investigate, and resolve revenue leakage issues across all income streams.
Implement and oversee debt collection procedures while coordinating with solicitors and external debt collection agencies.
Monitor outstanding invoices, overdue accounts, and recovery performance to maintain healthy cash flow.
Prepare monthly revenue reports including revenue trackers, live RITAs, outstanding receivables, and P&L analysis.
Lead, supervise, and train revenue administrators to ensure operational efficiency and performance improvement.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Collaborate with management and finance teams to improve revenue processes, reporting accuracy, and collection strategies.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, revenue management, or financial operations
At least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in finance or revenue management functions
Professional background in recovery, customer service, bookkeeping, or related financial operations
Strong knowledge of accounts receivable management, billing systems, and revenue recognition principles
Hands-on experience in credit control, debt recovery, and collections management
Experience working with ERP systems and accounts receivable/billing modules
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyse financial data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
