Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control processes within the technology sector. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services, leading the QA/QC team, and implementing industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the QA/QC team in developing, implementing, and maintaining QA processes and procedures.
Establish and enforce quality standards and guidelines across all stages of product development.
Design and implement quality assurance strategies, standards, and testing processes for new and existing projects.
Continuously evaluate and improve QA/QC processes to enhance product quality, reliability, and performance.
Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, including manual and automated testing.
Ensure thorough testing of products for functionality, performance, security, and scalability.
Experience using Jest/Mocha/Enzyme/React Testing Library will be an advantage.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of QA/QC processes, test cases, test results, and quality metrics.
Mentor and guide the QA/QC team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth.
Collaborate with HR in recruiting and training QA/QC staff.
