We are looking for a high-impact Senior QA Engineer to serve as the guardian of our software quality. Beyond standard functional testing, you will lead our efforts in Security and Load testing, ensuring our products are not only bug-free but also resilient, scalable, and secure.

As a senior leader, you won’t just follow a checklist you will design the strategy, mentor the team, and challenge the status quo to ensure excellence at every release.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Strategy: Define and implement comprehensive test plans covering Regression, Smoke, and Integration testing.
Security & Resilience: Lead Security Testing initiatives (Vulnerability assessment) and Load/Performance Testing to ensure system stability under high traffic.
Advanced Black-box Testing: Execute sophisticated Black-box testing techniques to validate system requirements and user workflows from an external perspective.
Leadership: Manage and mentor the QA team, coordinating directly with stakeholders to align quality goals with business timelines.
Defect Lifecycle: Identify, analyze, and document complex defects, ensuring high-quality delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.

Other Specification

5+ years of experience Proven track record in Software Testing & QA, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Core Testing Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Manual Testing, Regression, and Black-box methodologies for Web Applications.
Security & Load Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools for security scanning and performance benchmarking (e.g., JMeter, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, or K6).
Web Automation Suite: Proficiency in Cypress or Selenium. Experience with Nightwatch or Django Tests is highly valued.
API Testing: Advanced use of Postman for API validation and workflow testing.
Tooling: Expert command of JIRA, Bugzilla, or GitLab for defect tracking and project management.
