Department: Production (Brewery)

Reporting Line: Head of Department

• Handling of shift operations as per production schedule with optimum cleanliness & hygiene standards
  
• Availability of raw materials and additives for the shift, Collection, delivery of samples, report analysis, verification & ensure results are within the standards. Minimize deviation in flavour standard
• Ensure compliance of Health & Safety measures as per the company health & safety policy
• Have an efficient liaison with other units of the Brewery
• Carryout filtration and brewing activities according to standard procedure
• Carrying out yeast cropping, pitching and purging activities maintaining minimum losses of beer
• Coordinate preventive maintenance work and ensuring regular maintenance works of machinery and equipment in brew house and beer processing units in consultation with Engineering Division
• Preparation of departmental reports as per requirement
