Your Role:

Step into the role of Senior Officer / Assistant Manager – Relationship (Commercial) and become a key player in fostering strong connections and partnerships for Foodmandu. As an Senior Officer / Assistant Manager – Relationship (Commercial), you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance.
Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling products and services.

Business Development:

Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's client base.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to attract new clients.

Account Management:

Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement or growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions effectively.

Communication and Negotiation:

Communicate effectively with clients, conveying product information, pricing details, and other relevant information.
Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
Handle objections and resolve conflicts diplomatically, maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience in a related field, demonstrating leadership and strategic prowess.
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
A track record of success in client relationship management, business development, and account management.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
