Implement HR objectives and policies in accordance with the organization’s vision, mission and strategies
Ensure that the labour law has been followed in the organization

Conduct job analysis for each job to understand job value and reward the staffs accordingly
Provide admin support to the Management
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
