Searchable Design LLC is seeking a talented and experienced Senior MEANStack Developer to lead and enhance our project development efforts. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for innovation. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Lead the design and development of scalable and robust application architectures. 
• Implement best practices for performance optimization, security, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. 
• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval. 
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing. 
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to define and deliver technical solutions. 
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. 
• Implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.
