The ideal candidate should have an understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms and content creation. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining marketing campaigns that effectively engage our target audience and enhance brand visibility.

Position: Marketing Manager
Company: Probits Pvt Ltd
Location: Jawalakhel, Lalitpur
Type: Full Time (On-Site)
Office Timing: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Drive comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels while managing team performance and campaign ROI
Spearhead end-to-end campaign planning and execution, including budget oversight and performance optimization
Lead market research initiatives and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms while fostering industry partnerships

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with 2+ years of experience, preferably in B2B tech
Proven success in developing integrated marketing campaigns and driving measurable results
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in digital marketing and performance optimization
Outstanding leadership and communication skills with ability to manage cross-functional projects
