Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the construction and real estate markets
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for growth
Manage all aspects of the marketing budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
Oversee the creation and distribution of all marketing materials, including brochures, website content, social media campaigns, and advertising materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Conduct market research to identify new target audiences and develop targeted marketing strategies
Evaluate and improve upon current marketing initiatives to enhance the company's overall marketing strategy
Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and report on ROI to stakeholders
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, including media outlets, vendors, and contractors
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
Experience managing a marketing budget and analyzing ROI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in using various marketing tools and platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be results-driven and have a strong attention to detail.

Salary: Rs.70.000+ and negotiable (as per candidate's experience)
