We are today the largest study abroad and test preparation center in Nepal touching and changing the lives of over ten thousand students annually.

We have been an AIRC certified company for more than a decade. Alfa Beta is the largest English testing center for Pearson, TOEFL and IDP IELTS (through our sister concern Deeya Management & Consulting Services) in Nepal and tests over 1,00,000 students annually. Job Description

  • Implementing Annual Event Calendar by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars
  • Running various ATL, BTL and TTL Activities
  • Handle Social Media pages by initiating campaigns, generating leads and respond to the queries generated
  • Coordinating with other departments, understanding their requirements and supporting in terms of organizing events, running digital campaigns and BTL Activities
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
  • Plan meetings and events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities and coordinating with other vendors
  • Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur
  • Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation, and promotion
  • Performing the duties of an MC in internal events
  • Keeping Record of the bills from vendors and forwarding it to the supervisor
  • Perform related duties as instructed by Head of Department
