We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts and further elevate our brand presence.

Job Overview:

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, boost sales, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, preferably in the audio and wearable industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen Ultima Lifestyle’s market position.
  • Manage product launches and promotional campaigns to maximize brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to drive data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing strategic guidance and performance management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, and product) to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Work closely with e-commerce and retail partners to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the audio and wearable industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and market research.
  • Experience with performance marketing, influencer marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
