Pointer Holdings Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead and oversee its subsidiary companies. Pointer Holdings has two main business units focuses on trading and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and optimize the operations of both subsidiary companies.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the electronics import and supply business and the organic cleaning products manufacturing unit.
• Ensure the company's financial performance and achieve business goals and objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, dealers, retailers, and employees.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.
• Maintain high standards of corporate governance, ethical business practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a manager/senior manager or in a similar executive leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the trading and supply industry and manufacturing. 
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial insight and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple business units and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Preferably a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
