Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Marketing and Sales to lead our marketing initiatives and drive sales performance. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lalitpur. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in both marketing and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
Oversee and manage day-to-day sales operations and ensure alignment with marketing efforts.
Lead and execute effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
