Trishakti Equity Fund Limited, a leading Private Equity and Venture Capital Fund Manager licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) is seeking talented, analytical, and highly motivated professionals to join its Investment Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial, commercial, industry, and investment analysis of prospective investment opportunities.
Lead financial modeling, business valuation, investment due diligence, and transaction structuring activities.
Prepare investment memorandums, feasibility studies, and investment recommendations for the Investment Committee and Board.
Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare periodic performance reports.
Support portfolio companies in strategic planning, governance enhancement, fundraising, and value creation initiatives.
Conduct market research and identify emerging investment opportunities across various sectors.
Coordinate with legal, tax, compliance, and external advisors during transaction execution and exits.
Assist in investor reporting, fundraising activities, and fund management operations.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, management consulting, commercial banking, stock brokerage, or financial services.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.

Financial statement analysis

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
