We are seeking a highly creative and independent Interior Designer & Design Engineer who can bring imagination and vision to our projects, refining existing designs and overseeing their implementation from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the interior design implementation, ensuring seamless execution of design concepts.
• Refine and enhance existing designs, adding sophistication and functional improvements.
• Design and conceptualize a new high-end residential building, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the project.
• Translate visualization into reality, from sketches and renders to material selection and final execution.
• Work independently, managing design decisions and project timelines without a team.
• Source materials, liaise with vendors, and ensure quality control throughout the project.
• Supervise on-site implementation, ensuring the final outcome aligns with the design vision.

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury interior design and architecture (preferably in hospitality, hotel and residential projects).
• Strong ability to visualize, conceptualize, and execute design ideas independently.
• Expertise in materials, finishes, furniture selection, and space planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and other design tools.
• Experience in managing on-site execution and working with contractors.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently without a structured team.
