Job Description

Position Summary:

The company is looking for a ‘Senior HR Officer’ (Corporate Position – Management  Trainee) with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The position holder is expected to have knowledge regarding HR related legislation and good insight into the HR  process. 

The position holder should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and should possess remarkable people management and decision-making skills to ensure employee compliance. 

The position holder will be responsible for HR related tasks and should contribute to making the company a better place to work. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to the supervisor. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

The Duties and Responsibilities of Senior HR Officer include the following: 

  • Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and systems regarding  HR processes
  • Assist in preparation and updating of SOPs, Policies, Bylaws, JD (Job Description),  Employee Manual, Company Manual, etc. 
  • Assist in developing best HR policies and procedures
  • Actively involved in the recruitment process by preparing Job descriptions, posting ads,  and managing the hiring process
  • Assist effectively in the Employee onboarding process
  • Support in conducting Training Programs for employees
  • Assist in Performance Evaluation processes
  • Support the management in resolving disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Update and review the records in HR software (Rigo) Regarding Attendance,  Leave, Payroll, Provident Fund, CIT, TDS, etc.
  • Assist in payroll processing and payroll disbursement; 
  • Actively involve in Full & Final Settlement Process and preparation of Full & Final computation, Experience letter, clearance letter, etc. 
  • Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of all documents related to employees in  digital format and physically
  • Ensure meticulous implementation of policies regarding variable pay and other benefits  to employees
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to employment and Human Resource applicable to  the organization
  • Communicate with the team members about the issues/activities impacting their  performance
  • Ensure that all team members are organized and satisfied in their work environment
  • Any other work assigned by senior officials
