Job Description

Sherpa Hospitality Group is seeking a highly qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Senior HR Officer. We are looking for an experienced individual who will be responsible for providing support and guidance in all areas of human resources to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administrative Tasks:

  • Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining and updating employee records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as employee contracts, offer letters, and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure all HR administrative processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Employee Records and Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data.
  • Generate HR reports as required by management.

Policy Implementation and Compliance:

  • Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to HR policies and procedures.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, policies, and procedures.
  • Address employee concerns in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive work environment.

HR Projects:

  • Assist in project planning and coordination.
  • Conduct research and gather information for projects (e.g., best practices, employee feedback, or trends).
  • Assist in managing the change process.
  • Help prepare and manage the project budget and track expenses.
