10yrs-15yrs Experience in Human Resource Management Role. Must have at least 5 years and above of Experience in a specific managerial role such as HR Head, HR Manager, or Senior HR Manager.

  • Master's degree in related field (specialization in HR and HR certifications preferred).
  • Proven experience in senior HR roles, with a track record of effective HR leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's HR strategy in alignment with the company's business goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Create and implement programs for employee development, training, and succession planning.
  • Promote a learning culture within the organization.
  • Cultivate a positive and engaging organizational culture that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement performance management systems to monitor, evaluate, and enhance employee performance.
  • Continuous monitor changes in Labour laws and adapt HR practices accordingly.
  • Handle Critical Exit Procedure of employee.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing and resolving employee concerns and conflicts.
  • Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, employment regulations, and workplace safety standards.
  • Ensure cost-effective HR practices.
  • Promote employee engagement and involvement in the company's mission.
