Job Description

Hotel Marshyangdi is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Senior Front Office Supervisor to oversee front desk operations, ensure excellent guest services, and manage a team of front office staff. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a professional attitude, and prior experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Train, guide, and support front desk staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ensure accurate billing, reservation management, and report preparation.
  • Monitor room availability, rates, and front desk activities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing front office strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage shift schedules and staff performance evaluations.
