Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Officer to oversee and manage the financial operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Reports To: Finance Manager /CFO

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor and manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow activities.
Conduct cost analysis and product costing to support pricing decisions.
Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure accurate financial data.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal controls.
Supervise junior finance staff and support internal/external audits.
Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools for efficiency.
Monitor working capital and optimize fund utilization.
Manage banking operations including remittance , payments etc
Manage project financing requirements including loan disbursements , maintaining relationship with banks
Coordinate with accounting team for proper recording of financial and banking transactions
