Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, payroll, and inventory accounting.
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and reports.
Coordinate the preparation of budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
Conduct financial analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve profitability.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and timely filing of returns.
Manage audits and liaise with internal/external auditors.
Supervise junior accounting staff and support departmental development.
Oversee cash flow management and banking relationships.
Implement and monitor internal controls and financial policies in line with company objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

Note: Salary will be negotiable for deserving candidates.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CA/ACCA certification preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, restaurants, or similar).
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and hospitality-specific financial operations.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Leadership experience with team management capabilities is a plus.
