Job Description

Oversee the financial operations of the hospital, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Develop and monitor budgets, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for cost control.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, and handle tax filings and audits.
Monitor and manage the hospital's cash flow to ensure financial stability.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Liaise with management, department heads, and external stakeholders on financial matters.
