Job Description

  • Oversee the financial operations of the hospital, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, and handle tax filings and audits.
  • Monitor and manage the hospital's cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Liaise with management, department heads, and external stakeholders on financial matters.
