We are looking for a Assistant Finance Officer to oversee all financial aspects of our organization and ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations. The Senior Finance Executive will play a key role in strategic decision-making and financial planning, guiding the company towards sustainable growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company policies.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and support business operations.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to senior management, including analysis of investment opportunities, cost reduction initiatives, and revenue enhancement strategies.
Evaluate and recommend financial systems, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in financial management and reporting.
Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare and finance sectors, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software applications, such as Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling software.
Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
