Job Description

Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, balance sheet and other necessary reports
Focus on tax compliance, state business registration, contract review, and non-profit tax filing
Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures
Make Reports of various Financial Aspects as requested by the Management
Maintain Import Sheet
Prepare and Maintain Daily Cash Book
Maintain proper Filing System
Play a vital part in the company's financial management which includes all account reconciliations and reporting to necessary parties
Prepare revenue projections and forecasting expenditure
Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets
Assist with annual audit preparations
Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
Have clear understanding and working experience on Nepalese Income Tax, VAT, Excise, Custom Duty
Must have knowledge to use swastik software
