Job Description

Job Summary: Sr. Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of both Civil Mall QFX and Labim Mall QFX. This role demands a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset who can enhance customer experience, drive sales growth, and maintain the brand's market position. The Sr. FM will lead, develop, and implement strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.

Total Compensation: 90,000/- Gross
Reports To: General Manager and Board of Directors
Tenure: 2 years (Renewable)

Professional Pre-requisites

  • 2 years of experience as Leadership role, preferably in the service industry

Areas of Responsibility

1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability for both Civil Mall QFX and Labim Mall QFX.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Set performance goals and ensure they are met by the team.

2. Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of both locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.

3. Sales and Revenue Management:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

4. Customer Experience:

  • Design and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure that customer feedback is addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Create a welcoming and engaging environment for all customers.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the management team.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

6. Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure financial health and sustainability.
  • Oversee financial performance, including P&L, cost management, and financial forecasting.
  • Report financial and operational performance to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in Leadership role, preferably in the service industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
