Description Of Responsibilities: 

The senior External Relations Assistant ill be responsible to assist in the timely dissemination of information to local and international media, executing agencies (EAs), host government agencies and non-government organizations (NGOs) regarding ADB and its operation to enhance resident mission's (RM's) external relations and public profile;to provide translation and interpretation service for the RM  

Selection Criteria : 

• Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above the required level 
• Bachelor's level in English, Journalism, Public Affairs or related subject
• At least 5-year relevant professional experience in communication and media relations or relevant fields
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with individuals from different cultural and national backgrounds
• Good computer skills with sound knowledge of common word-processing ,spreadsheets and graphic software and database management 
• Familiarity with local languages and institutions
• Good writing and speaking skills in English are essential
• Proven ability to work independently and set own work priorities 
• Able to work collaboratively with teams as a constructive team member
