A minimum bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism (BTTM), Marketing or Mass Communication
Excellent command of both written & spoken English
Sound knowledge of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.), preferably some technical knowledge like photoshop, designing and graphical skills
Ability to work both under supervision and independently
Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Liaise with both international and local agents to ensure functionality of the department’s activities
Assist and work closely with the Vice President - Marketing on projects driving and maximizing sales related to tour operations
Undertake promotional activities, organize events and product exhibitions
Write reports, company blogs, newsletters etc
Maintain the online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories as required
Any other responsibility assigned by the department head
