Minimum Qualification Requirement:

Master’s Degree in Management or Economics or Commerce or Statistics or Finance from a University recognized by the Government of Nepal (GON) at least in first division or CGPA 3 out of 4; or professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA with membership of concerned institution/Masters in Business Administration from any university recognized by the GON with first class division or CGPA 3 out of 4.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Age not exceeding 45 years as of August 23, 2017.

Job Summary:

This is a senior position which requires managing of Administration, Operations and Finance functions of the Company. The ideal candidate needs to prepare Financial statements of the company and mutual fund schemes in accordance with GAAP, participate in formulating plans, budgets, strategies and policies of the Company. Involve in decision making processes, serve as a member of Recruitment Committee and Compliance officer, manage mutual fund operations & also co-ordinate with Internal/External auditors.

Candidates should have:

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali.
Sound skills in MS applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
