• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state and national standards and meet the individual needs of students
• Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success
• Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback to students and parents
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and maintain open lines of communication
• Attend professional development workshops and conferences to stay up-to-date with best practices in education
• Participate in school activities, including faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and student events
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
