Job Description

Complete responsibility of House construction from structural to finishing work
To verify the design, BOQ and schedules and plan accordingly
To schedule and coordinate all construction processes, and disseminate the schedule to sub-contractors
To monitor all above works progress has been smoothly carried on as per approved design
To determine the best way to get materials to the building site and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project
To divide all required construction site activities into logical steps, budgeting the time required to meet established deadlines
To monitor the daily activities of subcontractors in respect to work in progress as per schedule, material mix as per standard and material quality
To guide supervisor and subcontractor for minimizing wastage of materials and breakage and rework activity
To determine the labor requirements and, in some cases, supervise or monitor the hiring and dismissal of workers
To oversee the performance of all trade contractors and are responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on schedule
To direct and monitor the progress of construction activities, sometimes through construction supervisors
To Deal with client in respect to construction, land measurement and use of materials
To check and verify progress payment bills of all the subcontractors, vendors
To verify the daily progress of work on measurement books maintained by the supervisors
To Prepare the progress report of project and submit to PM on regular intervals
