Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Design and develop new systems and products, ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest engineering technologies and techniques
Develop and execute test plans to ensure products and systems meet quality and safety standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, technicians, and production staff, to ensure project objectives are met
Create and maintain documentation for all engineering projects and processes
Provide technical support and training to colleagues and clients as needed
Monitor and control project budgets and timelines
Follow industry standards and regulations for engineering design, testing, and implementation

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 10 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in engineering software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong organizational and time-management skills
