We are looking for an energetic sound, keen, dynamic and result oriented technical professional to work with team based in Kathmandu valley as well as outside the valley. The candidate will take charge of Structural Engineer/Senior Civil Engineer for various consulting assignment at the desk and field both. 

Job Description 

• Lead the overall Engineering Projects under organization
  
• Guide, supervise and monitor Engineers, Architect and GIS Officers and other team members, and provide necessary assistance, orient and coach them as required
• Prepare the drawings using AutoCAD and Land Development, Structural Design of infrastructure using various structural design software such as AutoCAD 3D, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro etc. Support, coach civil engineers for preparation of drawing and structural analysis of infrastructure and verify the same prepared by them
• Prepare cost estimation, rate analysis, Bill of Quantity BOQ, specification of works specification of works and tender documents for projects. Support, coach civil engineers for the preparation above mentioned tasks and verify the same prepared by them
• Prepare different level reports in coordination with subordinates, experts, related stakeholders independently based on Terms of References
• Prepare the Detailed Project Report (DPR) of all planning and engineering projects in coordination with team members
• Present the reports to the clients after approval from management team

Academic Qualification & Skills:

• Master's Degree in Structure Engineering with a minimum 5 years of work experience after Bachelor Degree
• Having proven experience on detail design of roads and RCC bridges, cost estimation, rate analysis, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), specification of work
• Having proven experience on detail design, cost estimation, rate analysis, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), specification of work for multistory buildings including sanitary and plumbing part
• Commanding skills in MS Office packages, tendering procedures and construction norms and laws and computational techniques
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Land Development and design software such as ETABS, SAFE and SW-ROAD or Smart Road
• Should have knowledge in building construction, road, water supply and irrigation etc.
• Must have experience on construction supervision, quality controlling, running/final bill preparation etc. 
• Good analytical mind with excellent problem solving ability and perform work under pressure
• Should able to work independently and with team and
• Working knowledge with high rise building and bridge designing is highly appreciated
