Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and institutes selection and career planning for study abroad.
Confer with guardians, other counselors, and administrators to resolve students & behavioral, academic, and other problems.
Provide students with information on such topics as admission requirements, financial aid opportunities, visa guidance and apprenticeship programs.
Assisting students in documentation and Processing.

Note : Female candidates are preferred .

English communication skills both orally and in writing.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of the education system and visa documentation for Australia.
The ability to deal with students and their queries and concerns with tact and sensitivity.
Good writing skills to communicate well with universities and students
Organized and structured in work
Reliable and good at meeting deadlines
Ready to go the extra mile to assist students
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and preferably Excel
Good knowledge of using the internet with ease and be able to research information about Universities, courses, etc.
