Roles and responsibilities of this job

About the job

Core Roles & Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive relationships with the clients
Provide consultation regarding courses and institutions to the Clients
Provide reliable, accurate, and comprehensive information about education and visa services to clients
Follow up with clients regarding their processing
Guide students throughout the documentation process.
Handle and solve queries and grievances of the clients
Coordinate with the operation team regarding the processing of the students
Make videos on the content given by the digital marketing officer
Meet the student enrollment targets given by the Management
Submit a report about the student enrollment and the stage of the client
Train junior team members as per requirement
Assist other team members if required

Qualifications:

4 years+ experience as an Education Counsellor for Australia | Canada | USA | UK | New Zealand
Bachelors Completed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
