Senior Education Counsellor

About the job

Core Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with the clients
• Provide consultation regarding courses and institutions to the Clients
• Provide reliable, accurate, and comprehensive information about education and visa services to clients
• Follow up with clients regarding their processing
• Guide students throughout the documentation process.
• Handle and solve queries and grievances of the clients
• Coordinate with the operation team regarding the processing of the students
• Make videos on the content given by the digital marketing officer
• Meet the student enrollment targets given by the Management
• Submit a report about the student enrollment and the stage of the client
• Train junior team members as per requirement
• Assist other team members if required

Qualifications:

• 4 years+ experience as an Education Counsellor for Australia | Canada | USA | UK | New Zealand
• Bachelors Completed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
