Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical development and implementation of the solutions from client sites providing technical leadership to Global Teams as appropriate.
• Work with range of stakeholders to develop briefs and set scope for design and development work.
• Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features.
• Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications.
•  Design creative prototypes according to specifications.
  
• Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines.
• Perform unit and integration testing before launch.
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing.
  
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features.
  
• Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience in designing and building diverse range of applications.
  
• In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools.
  
• Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.
• A team player with excellent communication Skills.
• Analytical Thinking and problem-solving capability.
• B.E. in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent professional qualification.
• Microsoft related certifications would be an added advantage. 
  
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a .NET Developer.
  
• Experience in working with enterprise grade software applications.
  
• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  
• Experience using Microsoft tools and technologies, developing custom solutions.
  
• Experience in working with the SharePoint App model (provider hosted and/or SharePoint hosted) will be an added advantage.
  
• Experience in Responsive Design Front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, HTML 5, CSS / CSS3, jQuery, AnjularJS, AJAX.
  
• Very good practical and theoretical skills on solution design/implementation principals and patterns.
  
• Experience on .Net Framework 4.5 - 4.8, C#
  
• Experience on Web application development with ASP.NET WebForms, Web Services, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, LINQ.
  
• Experience on SQL Server databases.
• Experience in Azure Cloud services including AppService/ WebApps.
  
• Knowledge in Azure DevOps Pipelines including CI/CD processes will be an added advantage.
