We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Marketing to join our in-house team in Sanepa, Lalitpur. If you thrive on managing complex campaigns, love digging into performance data, and enjoy leading teams—this is your chance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of budgets, pacing, performance, and KPIs.
Use tools like Looker Studio and GA4 to track outcomes, build insights, and drive optimization.
Manage conversion tracking setups, including GTM, GA4 events, and pixel configurations.
Prepare and present performance reports to internal stakeholders.
Mentor and train digital marketing associates, maintaining high-quality output.
Proactively identify issues and opportunities, and implement corrective actions quickly.
Contribute to process improvements and AI-powered campaign enhancements using tools like ChatGPT and Gemini.

Bonus Points

Experience with StackAdapt, Centro/Basis, or The Trade Desk.
Familiarity with platforms like Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or other advanced reporting tools.
Exposure to AI tools for bid management, audience modeling, or creative optimization.
Experience managing campaigns for financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

3–5 years managing digital campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and multi-channel attribution.
Excellent analytical ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Skilled at juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
A collaborative team player with leadership qualities.
Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
