Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of counsellors in providing comprehensive guidance to students, focusing on academic, personal, and social development. Promote innovative counselling practices to enhance student support.
Strategize and oversee the promotion of Platinum and Gold-rated university partners, fostering key relationships and collaborations to optimize student placements.
Initiate and supervise engagement strategies, maintaining continuous communication with prospective and current students across various platforms to ensure high student satisfaction and support.
Lead the planning and execution of promotional activities such as seminars, open days, and educational expos, overseeing the creation of high-quality promotional materials and content, including videos.
Develop and implement mechanisms for tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, refining these processes to align with the consultancy’s strategic goals.
Manage and enhance the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure effective data management and alignment with business strategies and compliance standards.
Ensure the protection and confidential handling of all student records and sensitive information, setting standards for and monitoring compliance with data protection regulations.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the counselling team, organizing and leading training sessions to enhance skills and foster a supportive work environment.
