Job Description

Ensuring deadlines are met in order to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for a varied range of clients.
To carry out Company Secretarial duties for a portfolio of clients liaising with HMRC and Company House.
To provide advice and support on compliance issues to all management, staff & clients
Develop and monitor a control process to regularly review monthly payroll/VAT/PAYE and other financial accounts processes carried out by the financial accounts team.
To manage the annual P11d process for clients in order to ensure that relevant payments are made and deadlines are met
Attend client meetings where appropriate
