Preparation of working schedule and its implementation
Quantity estimation of different structural & finishing items as per drawing using MS Excel & AutoCAD
Rate Analysis of different construction items like civil, sanitary, electrical etc.
Interact and communicate effectively with site work force including subcontractors, architects and consultants
Reporting and recording of variation/delays and progress of the project as instructed by project manager
Responsible for all site execution matters, the works in progress and the continuity of the application work
Overview and enforcement of all project quality management procedures
Implementing all instruction/orders determined by the project manager
