Job Description

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from a recognized university
Minimum 5-6 years of relevant working experience in the paint industry
Familiar with ISO and relevant industrial coatings standards and technologies
Experienced with a proven track record in the ability to solve paint application issues
Excellent time management and organization skills, meticulous and delivers quality work
Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging yet fun environment.
A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiative and follow up with details
A good team player and communicator.
Good presentation skills and ability to communicate with all levels.
Ability to maintain neat and orderly laboratory notebook in detail for permanent company record
