Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Business Development Officer to support the growth of KFA Consulting. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and contribute to strategic business initiatives while ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in consulting and MDP verticals
Conduct market research to analyze client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Prepare tailored proposals, concept notes, and presentations for prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business growth plans
Support the Manager in leading BD initiatives, including client pitches and negotiations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery
Represent KFA Consulting in client meetings, corporate events, and business forums
Track BD metrics and report progress to senior leadership
