Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Officer  who can identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales. The Business Development   officer responsible includes identifying company products and services that are under performing and developing in-depth knowledge of offering,pricing and policy. This responsibility also includes improving existing sales proposals and making sure the company is able to achieve revenue targets. To be a successful Sales officer, you should be adept at negotiation and be able to make sound business decisions that benefit the company. Ultimately, an exceptional Business Officer must have strong business acumen as well as demonstrate excellent management, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
  • Encouraging new and existing clients by creating the improved proposal
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Meeting the potential client to present company offerings and negotiate business deals
  • Recruiting, training and guiding business development staff
  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services
  • Generate sales presentations as well as guide the junior staff
  • Response to all issues with prompt attention
  • Eager to travel to meet with clients and generate new connections and links
