Job Description

Reports to- Manager (Sales and Marketing) 

Products related to:  Neurology/ Eye/ Critical care /Radiology/Infrastructure/Dental/Ortho/AWM

Responsibilities:

  • Research the market for identifying new business opportunities of given portfolio and sales territory
  • Meet given sales target and bring sales accordingly
  • Explain prospective clients (i.e. Hospitals, Clinic, and Doctors) about the advantages of the medical equipment, instruments and related consumables or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals
  • Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely manner
  • Co-ordinate between company and customers for any new requirement
  • Ensure payment for goods dispatched to the customers is on time and in a regular basis
  • Responsible for overall sales performance and co-ordination of all sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory and give various inputs required for assigned territory
  • Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities
  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients
  • Responsible to carry out regular follow up and maintain relationship with leads/key customer
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers
  • Assist the sales and marketing manager while preparing marketing & sales plan of the company
  • Train and guide the marketing and business development associates(BDA)
